A Space is how your shop presents what it offers on Vyete. There are two types, each designed for a different kind of offering:

• Sale Space: for physical products like clothing, homeware, or anything you sell off a shelf
• Service Space: for bookable sessions, consultations, or any experience where time is the product

Your shop can use one or both, depending on what you offer.

Labels and shelves are your two main tools for guiding customers through your catalogue. Labels (like "New Arrival", "Bestseller", or "Staff Pick") draw attention to specific products and carry into search results, so your listings stand out before a customer even reads the description. Shelves group your products into logical sections, similar to how a physical store has a window display or a seasonal corner, making browsing feel intuitive and reducing the time between arriving and deciding.

Shops with well-organised catalogues typically see faster purchase decisions because customers spend less time searching.

Yes. You can combine both Space types under a single shop. A clothing boutique can have a Sale Space for products and a Service Space for styling consultations. A café can have a Sale Space for packaged goods and a Service Space for cooking classes or private dining bookings. Each Space is managed separately but appears together under your shop profile.

Once a brand approves your shop, a verification badge appears on your Vyete profile and on the product listings that are associated with that brand. Every customer who views your shop or searches for that brand near your location will see the badge. It appears before they read your description, price, or reviews, which means trust is communicated the moment they find you.

Verification is brand-specific. Each brand you carry would need to approve you separately.

Your shop dashboard includes analytics covering shop views, product clicks, orders, revenue, and saved items. You can see which products are getting the most attention, which are converting to purchases, and how your numbers are trending week over week. For Service Spaces, you also see booking rates and experience-specific metrics.
