Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes. You can open your shop, list products, and start accepting orders for free. A small platform commission applies on each sale, the exact rate is shown in your dashboard.
What does "Contact us" mean for Pro?
Pro pricing is tailored to your shop's size and category. Reach out and we'll walk you through what it includes and what you'd pay.
Are there transaction fees on top of the platform commission?
No. Vyete doesn't process payments or take a cut of how a customer pays you, so there's no separate processing fee. The platform commission shown in your dashboard is the only fee Vyete charges on a sale.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
