A verified badge that tells customers your shop is the real thing

Most verifications are reviewed and processed within 2–3 business days of a complete application. You will receive a notification when your status changes.

Incomplete applications (missing documents or mismatched details) are the most common reason for delays. Make sure your business registration and any brand authorisation letters match the information on your Vyete shop profile.

Yes. If your business operates from more than one physical location, each address can be verified separately under the same shop. Each location requires its own supporting documentation, for example a separate business registration or lease agreement showing that address.

Verification is location-specific. A badge for one address does not automatically extend to another.

Your verified badge will be removed from your shop profile and product listings until you submit updated documentation and your application is re-approved. Customers will still be able to browse and buy from your shop. Verification only affects the badge display.

Vyete notifies you before your verification period ends so you have time to renew without any gap in your badge status.

Not for all products or shop types. You can open a shop and start selling without being verified. However, verification is required to list products from certain partner brands, brands that want only authorised retailers carrying their products on the platform.

Even where not required, verification is worthwhile. Verified shops tend to convert better because the badge builds instant trust with new customers who have not purchased from your shop before.
